Old Man Carl's Battle Spa-

For next 20 non-RP battles El is in, regardless of whether they are continued in threads of battles that already exist and regardless of whether this thread has been updated or not, El obtains an unremovable buff called 'Starberry Bubble-Shine' that possesses the text 'Possessor ignores the Fire and Light Resistance and Immunity of targets'. Multiple counts of a battle count against this count multiple times. If this effect is missed for ongoing battles, it still counts the numbers of the battles it was missed in. Unused counts of this effect expire on October 26th, 2021.
