I'm fairly sure Volatilis can control him if he's in another battlespace, but if not, there's no real problem. The island might not be able to voluntarily battlespace-hop because of the task, but it has so very many ways to deal with a battlespace-creator.
The Turkey gets around the anti-resurrection by not actually dying the first time it dies. This is still no problem.
Volatilis holds off on the Discs to cast Blank Gate. The next action, the Discs trigger to kill off the Turkey.

Shalmakh the Worm-Eater

Suppressive fire is automatic and uncontrollable, and probably kills off the gang! Except Volatilis, who is immune to him. And then kills him with the Discs.

People are probably dead. Volatilis gets on that with its Sanctum of the Beginning.
Sanctum of the Beginning- (Item, Property, Earth & Air & Fire & Water & Void & Life & Light & Darkness, 400,000,000 Gold) Entities below Level 90 that are not greater Level than wielder may not stop wielder from summoning, Wielder may resurrect an entity killed by a source below Level 80 at the start of each round, Wielder must be Level 40 or greater
