First, easiest thing here is she's writing up a contract with the Dacchenburg Engine (mostly Charles, but the other associates as well) confirming an oath of loyalty from them and that they won't side-swap to the Fullsome Industry team here. As things stand there is an unresolved conflict of interest.
Second, she making a cursatory is attempting to determine in general terms what other non-PC credible-threat-to-her BA members will be entering this in the interest of sending them boons and arranging conservation of BA member loot pacts with ones that are interested in that, wherein any lost loot from members of the pool that is obtained by other members of the pool will be redistributed to the original owners post-quest. She is, specifically, looking to extend that to Aikhra Morvauh along with a note that she thinks it would be "fun to work together some day! Daemons represent!".
TSG, fake-irritated at the request, is casting...
Bestow Fate: Will Find the Great Treasure-
Greater Fateweaving, Boon, Manifold
Consumes:
500,000,000 Gold
500,000 XP
Produces:
This Greater Fateweaving may be applied in the Shop Thread or as an RP effect that requires a time-consuming ritual. If applied in the Shop Thread, it affects any one entity that is either a non-retired PC, a mercenary on the Mercenary List, or a unique entity on the Boss List. Target obtains a special effect that is not a buff that does not stack. Target may not acquire said effect if target is already under the effect of 5 or more Greater Fateweavings. Said effect allows its possessor to roll twice on the treasure tables of entities of lower Level than its creator (choosing one result, not both). This effect's creator may choose in the Shop for this effect to disappear at the end of the current month, with said effect not disappearing in already-created threads.
...for the benefit of Aikhra Morvauh.

Didn't you ask Charles about this before? What happened back then?
-------------------------------
Aikhra Morvauhl sends back a message thanking you for the boon and agreeing to your terms to send back loot obtained from other BA members.
-------------------------------
Divinations show that the following NPC BA Members are going to be in this:
Aemendyl Dessiyanter
Aikhra Morvauhl
Charles Eckermann
Doreen Justice
Itraiya Yevash
Lord Crime
Ortellos
Overlord Vaeros Callamargh the Unmatchable
Reyna & Turakiel
Riotous Doctor Funkenstein
Tjormod the Arcane
Aikhra Morvauhl is by far the most threatening thing on that list. Overlord Vaeros Callamargh the Unmatchable is also really nasty and is passively heavily fighting your divination's assessment that he's the second strongest here, with his auras trying to make him identify as the most-dangerous. Charles Eckermann is fairly top-bracket, but not as much as those two.
Doreen Justice was out of action for a bit, but has werd, old powers. Danger level hard to estimate. Tjormod the Arcane is floating somewhere similar.
Itraiya Yevash, Lord Crime, Ortellos, Reyna & Turakiel, and Riotous Doctor Funkenstein are in the 'standard difficulty for BA members of this Level' boat.
Aemendyl Dessiyanter appears to have barely made the cap-break in time and is underprepped.

Charles gave her a sort of wibbly, afffirmative answer that he works for her. She's looking for a re-statement of his loyalty given people she indirectly got him worshiping are an opposing team.
------------
Everyone on that list gets an invitation to the communal loot-pool to prevent unkillable immortals from forming grudges here (along with a little card that lists who is in on it as they agree).
Funkenstein is sent a message encouraging him to avoid joining the Bureau for this, with Lili saying she is assessing Foyc has control of them. She notes he probably already knows this but felt like it would be tragic were he to doom what he cares about in that way. TSG, who is delivering these, sends him a hand-made noodle drawing of a duck eating a pickle.
TSG also gives him Bestow Fate: Will Find the Great Treasure without Lili asking him to.
Charles Eckermann gets the boon and a message saying Lili is pleased to see his progress. She says he would be welcome on the nihilarchitects team, were he to come, and that she thinks she has a pretty solid shot of winning this as things stand.
--------------
The chroniclers team get a little letter from Lili that can be summed up as "Was a pleasure working with you last time, hope you guys don't run into us in this one. The nihilarchitects aren't going to mess up Nexus, focus your energies on others"
--------------
While I'm thinking about it the Nihilarchitects get a quasi-hastily written little scrawl warning them to avoid planning to use Illusion at all in their plans and of the generally overwhelming, lurking danger of bringing Heed into play.
Lord Gadigan wrote:
Before I address other points: Wait, why is Heed's appearance likely?

It isn't, it's just possible if they badly lose control of things. Blurring the barrier between the real and unreal risks giving him an avenue to claw his way into existence; she wants them to be aware of that nebulous risk, what would happen were it to go through, and have time to adjust any plans around it, if needed.

Okay, that makes sense.
What PC BA Members are currently in on your pact so that I can factor their names into the weight of negotiations here?

On the agree-to-terms list:
Aikhra Morvauhl -> Already agreed in the earlier post.
Tjormod the Arcane -> Agrees with the proposal basically immediately.
Aemendyl Dessiyanter -> Agrees quickly to the proposal. She's not liking her odds and wants to be cooperative.
Reyna & Turakiel -> Likes working with the big group and is glad to join on, particularly when other people on her team are in on the idea.
Charles Eckermann -> Thanks you for the boon. Agrees to join in readily, even though it takes a bit of fun out of the hunt, on the grounds that, yeah, it'd be better off in the long run to not annoy you, Aikrah, Vashna, or anyone else notably dangerous.
Doreen Justice -> Is a bit surprised to see so many Arena Members from such different angles cooperating on this idea, but is in.
Ortellos -> Agrees with little fanfare or comment.
Overlord Vaeros Callamargh the Unmatchable -> Gives a grandiose reply that comes off as a bit pompous, but cooperative and in-agreement that BA members shouldn't be causing problems by looting each other.
Lord Crime -> Doesn't immediately agree. After seeing the list of names fill, agrees.
Itraiya Yevash -> Doesn't immediately agree. Finally agrees after everyone else above on the list.
And then there's:
Riotous Doctor Funkenstein -> Can't be contacted successfully. He registers as a target for the Fateweaving, but you can't actually get any direct messages to him.
Charles Dacchenburg will re-affirm his commitment to working for Lili, though he states that Morvauhl, using the Fulsome Materplan, could probably overwhelm the Engine and take control should Lili fight her.
Eckermann says he's pleased to see Lili around in here too. He has already given his commitment to the Archtyrants (and would extend an invitation to Lili to join them if she weren't already formally signed on with the Nihilarchitects). He thinks his team has fairly good odds too and looks forward to seeing the quest play out (and would be willing to ally the two teams if something appropriately nasty opposes them both).
The Chroniclers send a cordial reply back expressing regret that Lili couldn't work with them again and that they wish her luck in the event if their own team doesn't succeed.
The Nihilarchitects get the warning and will be careful about Heeding it.

TSG's not giving Funkenstein the fateweaving then. Poor guy's already in the web.

Lili sighs, muttering about how she "saw this coming", and draws up a formal contract for the mission trying to make them hyjacking the engine as difficult as she can.
Lord Gadigan wrote:
I'll permit the no-boon here, but please try to be careful about declaring that sort of thing. I've forced actions like that to stay as-is in the past and have caught people out on a limb with them.

Lili draws up a contract using her power that she thinks will help with keeping Charles from getting hijacked. No stats on this, it's just an event-specific thing. If you want it more-permanent, redraft and pay XP in a longer thing later.
