minimal with Crazy's delusions unless they're important

Also an important note: The Doctor's following/directing <ERROR> in the MOONACLES-jaunt, not the other way around. For now. God only knows where we'll end up if he ends up leading, especially with the planet, dimension and themselves in the state they are.

Crazy Roy peers at it for a bit, but thinks he lacks the required proficiency to get anything meaningful out of it at this point given how glitchy and non-linear it is. He catches glimpses of many things, but they don't make a ton of sense.
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (20:18:55):

The group continues, breaking through some weakened metaphysical barrier into a huge circular hall at the center of the moon with an enormous disco ball. Colorful lights, smoke machines, and other such paraphenalia decorate the place, and a host of goats, stereotypical aliens, globeish-looking elementals, cheesy looking human dancers, spacemen, and other similarly outrageous figures glitch throughout different dance moves on the floor of the place. The effect is trippy and somewhat jarring to all three PCs. Crazy Roy's hair is gradually turning blue.

"DOCTOR MIRACLES has THE ARRIVAL!"
Spotlights snap on. Sparkles erupt. In a blaze of goats, sequins and alchemical pyrotechnics, The Doctor makes the most dramatic of entrances.
All two of him.
For, due to sheer curiosity as to what will happen with the current state of things, given their current location, and current location's type, the Doctor has unstoppered a Bottled Moondouble.
Make a Dramatic Entrance- (Passive Ability, Diplomat) Possessor has a 30% chance of inflicting Charm: Impressed on each opponent at the start of battle
Produce Bottled Moondouble- (Spell, Alchemy, Light & Magic, 0 MP, 2,000,000 Gold) Target, if in a Zone of Light, a Zone of Darkness, or a Zone of Magic, or if the terrain or phantom terrain is Moon, gains an action immediately after this action if no opponent is Level 60 or greater, This spell may not, across all copies, grant more than 3 extra actions per round
From Your Dreams, With Sparkles, I ARRIVE!- (Spell, Leadership, Magic & Psychic & Tacky, 30,000 MP, 39,500,000 Gold) If it is the first round of battle and said round is the first round that its caster is in the battle that its caster is presently in, this item's possessor may, at the start of the round as an action that consumes its caster's next action, to a max of once per battle and five times per thread across all copies of this spell, perform a 'Cast a Spell Action' that involves the casting of no other spell other than this spell and must involve the casting of this spell, This spell, if cast during the start of a round on the first round that its caster is in the battle that its caster is presently in, may deal 390,000 Flat Magic, Psychic, or Tacky element Damage to up to 50 targets that are no more than 19 Levels greater than its caster and may have a 100% chance of inflicting either Charm: Impressed, Impaired: Blind, Confusion, Charm, or Fatigued: Asleep, Charm: Lovestruck, or Awestruck on up to 50 targets that are no more than 19 Levels greater than its caster, If it is not the first round of battle or said round is not the first round that this spell's possessor is in the battle that it is presently in, then this item's possessor may cast this spell normally to enter another battlespace that contains at least one individual afflicted with Fatigued: Asleep so long as no individual of Level 60 or greater in either the battlespace being entered or the battlespace being exited objects

Wriggle NIghtsparrow (20:52:22):
<ERROR> Flynn and Crazy Roy break it down, generally holding their own with the glitching-out inhabitants who aren't responding to them at all. Doctor Miracles, on the other hand, makes a dramatic entrance with tacky, sparkles, pyrotechnics, a double, and general flashy style (all of which gets swallowed almost immediately by the unstable surrounding area, double included). The child with the multi-hued hair and boombox looks in his direction.
She has bottlecaps for eyes.

Bottlecap rushes him at barely perceptable speed, punches him in the stomach hard enough to wind him, and smashes the boombox into the floor where it dissolves into... Cocaine? Doctor MIRACLES takes moderate damage.
"I LOVE LEECHES!"
Yup. It's her.
Caelzeph (20:58:33):
"EXCITE" the Doctor gasps before faceplanting into the cocaine.
There is a beat.
The Doctor, now with a faceful of cocaine, sequins, and his eyebrows alchemically dye-shifting in technicolour patterns, goes from horizontal to vertical with astounding speed with the Wishcarp Sounder in hand.

Crazy Roy feels his hair turning into soft serve icecream that generally retains its shape. <ERROR> Flynn observes the same.
The doctor begins playing the sax (less than optimally; he is still winded) and is being effected by the cocaine. He feels like running through a wall.
Bottlecap begins doing the robot while picking leeches out of the ground and sticking them to (her? her.) face.
Things proceed this way for a bit, until Bottlecap has completely covered her face with leeches. Doctor Miracles has recovered his breath. Any change in course?

He mellows out a bit, watching and dancing as he can while slurping at the mana of the place. <ERROR> Flynn follows course, warily watching the exchange.
The doctor preens, the doctor struts, the doctor shows off moves. Elements, spells, and yet more goats flash and are absorbed into the moon, leaving dusty trails which Bottlecap snorts like a possessed Rumba. She sneezes, great and wise thoughts hanging from her nose in a thread of mucus.

The Blue Moon is pinging as having a higher concentration
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:36:37):
We'll head there next, I think
Caelzeph (21:36:45):
Wasn't that also the 'kickstart the apocalypse' moon
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:36:45):
The hippo waves back, fingernail clippings falling from its hair
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:36:55):
Iiii don't recall
Caelzeph (21:37:19):
- The Blue Moon, Herald of the End of Times (!, generally not accessible, may indirectly start the apocalypse event chain)
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:37:26):
erk
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:37:29):
then
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:37:30):
yeah
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:37:50):
Arcannis then?
Caelzeph (21:38:13):
Yep. And then maybe the Plains of War, as they're glitching the most and likely have clues as to why this is happening.
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:38:17):
That's the "occasionally appears and heralds the end of all things if it reaches the surface before its bonus boss is slain" moon
Caelzeph (21:39:22):
(Although the biggest clue to why/what is happening is currently parked just outside the Core and probably the thing doing this)
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:39:33):
Let me know when you decide on a location/course of action
Caelzeph (21:39:34):
(But that's more of an 'end of the quest' stop)
Caelzeph (21:39:40):
Arcannis, I think
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:40:02):
As a more general note, this quest will likely end on its own at some point
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:40:20):
If you don't leave or do something to trigger its continuation
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:40:29):
Arcannis indeed
Caelzeph (21:40:29):
Right
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:40:33):
Heading to Arcannis, you are
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:42:26):
The trip heads back from the moon and begins moving towards where they judge the continent to be.
Crazy Roy finds the weird new hair somewhat comforting. It smells nice and isn't melting on its own. Feels kinda fluffy.
Several glitchy rocks are glitchily floating in space about a third of the way.
Investigating, or heading straight there?
Caelzeph (21:42:36):
(Then, depending on how much time we think we have, maybe the Vanishing Continent- not the Unknown one- given its rare-unreal state and the Core)
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:42:38):
INVESTIGAT
Caelzeph (21:42:49):
How big are we talking here
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:43:17):
Ranging from a bit larger than a bus to "large, decorative rock"
Caelzeph (21:43:45):
The Doctor thinks these would make great materials for some sort of alchemies. He pockets a couple of the smallest ones.
Caelzeph (21:44:01):
And also gets THE BEST IDEA
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:44:18):
Crazy scans them for any special glitchness
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:44:22):
The Doctor attempts to pocket one of the smaller ones, only to find he cannot interact with it physically. It phases away from him even as he tries to grab it
Caelzeph (21:44:29):
Hm.
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:44:32):
Look like space rocks. Nothing especially special
Caelzeph (21:45:38):
This unfortunately makes THE BEST IDEA (of riding rocks down to the planet) less feasible
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:45:45):
EXCEPT
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:45:48):
I may have something here.
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:46:30):
<ERROR> can be a Coded Being. Can he interact with them digitally?
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:48:42):
Hm
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:49:24):
He might be able to willingly shrug whatever is keeping him from the restructuring event, which would allow him to interact with them, but there's no telling what would happen from there
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:49:45):
THat sounds unhelpful
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:49:49):
Onward!
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:56:20):
The trio continues onwards. Over glitched-out skies, with kingdoms of sharp-edged clouds, over great waves, over islands shrouded in clouds of dust, past many a ship. They spot leviathans in the deep, monsters of legend riding the surf. Then they spot the barrier.
A massive dome of a forcefield stretches up into the sky, greater than a continent, larger than some worlds. Though clearly quite powerful, it too seems unbounded by the effects coursing across the world as holes appear and quickly close, its color changes, all manner of effects hit it likely not intended by its creators. The trio might be able to get through it, though it is clearly beyond what they would ordinarially be able to pass.
What do they do?
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:56:41):
Earlier it said the shield was completely down
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:57:10):
I'm guessing they've done some work in the meantime?
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:57:26):
Or is this state it being completely down?
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:58:49):
Earlier estimates appear to have been off, then; there is clearly some manner of barrier between you and where you intend to go
Caelzeph (21:59:08):
Well, let's give getting through a go
Caelzeph (21:59:12):
Place seems interesting
pathaky@hotmail.com (21:59:16):
Indeedo
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:59:26):
Options if you want to proceed include trying to power through it, sneak through it, hax your way through it, or just kinda pressing yourself against it and hoping for the best
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:59:30):
What's your intent?
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (21:59:44):
Doctor MIRACLES is still high on cocaine
Caelzeph (22:00:04):
Going in through a hole when it opens seems the best bet
Caelzeph (22:00:19):
I'm not sure even being high on Bottlecap-cocaine is enough to get through that
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:00:21):
Mystery-Sneaking
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:01:06):
Crazy's shrouding himself in Mystery and <ERROR>'s a shadow on the mind.
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:02:18):
And yeah, spotting a hole and slipping through
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:02:38):
So both are trying to sneak through
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:02:46):
Applicable abilities?
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:03:00):
Access to Mystery alone is helping a fair bit
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:05:04):
Reality Coder, specifically "Error Which Baffles the Designer" on ERROR, short-distance self-teleportation on Crazy
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:05:11):
and yeah, Mystery
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:05:26):
The Good Doctor?
Caelzeph (22:06:12):
Danger Sense, Thief, Wanderer (including short-distance teleportation), Went on an Odyssey (Which, amusingly enough, gives bonuses against Cities), Knowledge of Ethereal Pathways,
Caelzeph (22:06:26):
I think those are the most-applicable
Caelzeph (22:06:51):
I'm not sure there's enough Ninja for him to get Ninja yet, but he has some Ninja too for minor-support
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:07:02):
Right
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:08:50):
What level of Reality Coder does <ERROR> Flynn have?
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:10:02):
namerank
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:18:06):
Crazy Roy manages to jump through a hole, narrowly avoiding being nipped as the semi-solid barrier reappears where he was moments before.
<ERROR> Flynn is about to jump through similarly before something stops him. A pattern is apparent in the holes that are opening, a pattern he believes he could repeat. Through the partially compromised status of the barrier, successfully spots and exploits a vulnerability in it. Through luck, Mystery, and a spark of insiration, he expands on how this could be used to bypass most conventional warding techniques entirely. The idea crystalizes into a new ability, with which he is able to open a temporary hole in the barrier and pass through quite easily. This marks the first time a PC has directly influenced the world around them in the quest, as a note.
Exploits Old Design Flaws To Bypass Defenses- (Passive Ability, Other: Reality Coder) Possessor may ignore up to (level * 5,000) Defense from sources no more than five levels above possessor (to a max of level 80), possessor may not be prevented from travelling from one battlespace to another or changing rows by sources below level 80, possessor may ignore defense-increasing buffs from Ancient Magic or Ancient sources
Doctor Miracles is less lucky, losing a few toes as the barrier reappears overlaying his foot most of the way through. He takes moderate damage and is now missing some toes on his left foot. Ouch.
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:18:42):
Iinteresting
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:19:12):
<ERROR> Flynn thinks he could repeat that pretty easily, and has learned how to apply that on a lesser scale in a way that bypasses some conventional defenses
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:19:20):
(Like armor)
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:19:30):
Visually, it's very visually glitchy
Caelzeph (22:19:37):
The Doctor sets to sticking an Expert Alchemist's Eternal Restorative on himself to deal with that problem.
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:19:51):
Crazy gives <ERROR> a slightly strange high-five
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:20:14):
Right, time to see about this Concord Magic.
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:20:24):
We're in the barrier!
Caelzeph (22:20:44):
Yeus
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:20:54):
You are!
The doctor applies the restorative to himself, regrowing the toes and entirely failing at changing his cocaine high
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:20:54):
Are these Condord Magics things that have overcome the remaking of the world?
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:20:58):
That is slightly worrisome
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:21:00):
haha
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:21:10):
I think
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:21:18):
This is likely a good stopping point for the night?
Caelzeph (22:21:49):
I am certain hunting down new, powerful magic while high on ultra-cocaine will have no negative effects whatsoever
Caelzeph (22:22:05):
Sounds good to me
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:22:11):
Someone had to sleep, I remember
Caelzeph (22:22:13):
I should probably get back to Nap Part 2
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:22:17):
Sounds guut
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:22:26):
Righto. I'll grab this from my log and post it
pathaky@hotmail.com (22:22:34):
Thanks, this was fun
Wriggle NIghtsparrow (22:22:41):
A briefo-summary might be good to get midway into it
