Sartorial Shenanigans

Lady Rosaline has received a fabulous dress from, presumably, an eminent dressmaker in the highest circles of fashion in Sanctum Victoria.
Such style! Such elegance! Surely, she must wear it for special occasions.
However, the lady is mindful of how fast fashion can progress, to say nothing of the life of an Arena Member- shooting up the ranks, leaving tragically outgrown and outmoded old gear behind.
This dress, however, is unique, which affords her some means of extending its life and perhaps unlocking some more of its (and potentially its dressmaker's) potential through the wonder of absorbs!
...unfortunately, she's currently otherwise occupied in Sanctum Victoria over the unpleasant matter of a horrible spate of murders she needs to get to the bottom of. Not being able to enter the world while she's already in it, she instead reads through her list of contacts to see which of them might be best to improve her new gown.
Volatilis? No. They tried that fashion-trial and ended up making a building instead. Not quite what she's after.
The Doctor? No. He certainly has a... unique sense of style, but that doesn't really suit the lady's tastes. Also, he's highly liable to get lost on the way.
Tolva? ...no, but not due to his capabilities. He's surprisingly artistic, apparently. She just doesn't trust the little demon not to put those creative abilities to malign use.
No, it's best she opts for a sensible sort. That time-cloned brother of Cael should fit the bill nicely.
