The Grand Fraternal Order and Wondrous Guild of the Fishermen of the Citadel
History
Founded by Dulcinea de Montreal shortly after her receipt of the title of 'Lord Fisherman of the Citadel' and the lands and objects thus entailed.
Goals
To spread the wonder of fishing and water-based relaxation with the residents of Nexus and beyond!
Anyone who enjoys fishing, swimming, boating, sailing, being a boat, being a fish, using boats as weapons, using fish as weapons, or just relaxing in an idyllic setting with nearby bodies of water is welcome to join the guild and take advantage of visiting its properties!
Rules
The Citadel and other properties owned by the guild are places for peaceful relaxation. Anyone who commits violence on its properties is subject to censure, and possible ejection from the guild depending on the severity of the event. Any such punishments will be rendered by a vote of the Grand High Council of the Lord Fisherman.
The Grand High Council of the Lord Fisherman will also convene from time to time to consider the purchase of additional properties and antiquities as it sees fit in order to promote its goals.
Should there be a clear and present danger to the continuation of pleasant relaxation at the Citadel and its properties, it is requested that members assemble to deal with said danger. How members organize themselves and what course of action they pursue will remain up to them, but the Grand High Council will assemble in order to create and issue a suggested plan of action, which may involve joining together with other Guilds or Organizations to assist them, or working as an independent organization.
Seats on the Grand High Council are open for application; they will be reviewed by the current members of the Grand High Council and, if approved, an invitation will be sent, along with an inquiry on the preferred title of the new member.
