Requirements: 250,000 worth of antiquities of <Base Element>, 250,000 worth of property of <Base Element>, a Type 1 or higher Ambience Focus, Guild Hall of the <Base Element> Crystal I

Effects: All <Base Element> individuals have all stats multiplied by 1.25, to a max of 10,000 extra points
