A chest made of prismatic, rainbow-hued glass tumbles from the ten-story mark.
The marionettes seem to have managed to grab 17 more of those spears before the collapse.

The chiming mass of glass shifts. The mists around it are sliced away, fading into nothing. Some of the external clowns begin to fade.

Helping in that by not actually being there, she's managing to hold off some overarching effect the place has. Hindering in that this thing seems to have something to do with hastening the demise of things that don't exist.
(7:19:46 AM) Caelzeph: Lili chops off an arm, spinning a new one! The glass remains in the severed arm, which begins exuding purple mist. The chiming mass seems to be content at present with ripping through the mass of clowns, many of which are now fading into mist or vanishing entirely.

(7:23:52 AM) Caelzeph: Lili flies over hill and dale, fields of flowers that aren't there on a second glance, mists flowing and receding to reveal rather different terrain than before. Behind her, that field of flowers still strikes her as odd, and now, from this height, she can figure out why. It's like they're millions of tiny holes in the world, revealing that their field was merely painted over more of that kaleidoscopic sky. The effect is rather disorienting.
The city looks to be getting closer! It's rather bright, filled with light and colour, its many spires lancing up into the misty heavens above! Wait, did it have that many towers before? Maybe it had less. How peculiar.
(7:26:29 AM) Caelzeph: It also has no roads leading to it, which is odd. Given all the shifting patterns of light within, however, it seems lively enough.

As a general note, her threads are very firmly anti-backlash; they are, and have been for a while, designed such that backlash causes them to disentigrate in a unique fashion, breaking a bit before it reaches her.

There's a huge array of diverse beings bustling around down there, some humanoid, some almost-passing-for-human, some weird and almost-abstract in form. Some are carrying lanterns about. Some are dancing. There are stalls hawking wares. There's a lot of singing and partying.

She spreads joy, amusement, and thrills, until there is no longer anything left to spread.
(7:52:16 AM) Caelzeph: Lili participates! She entertains crowds of dancing and partying spirits with clown-antics, scatters groups of small, skittering jeweled insect-men with sudden frights, mans an empty stall for a while and passes out festive clothes and baubles. She awes and inspires, enthralls and entertains, becoming swept up in the ever-changing spectacle of it all and going with the flow. A floating collection of masks passes her a bottle of fading liquor. A passing procession gives her a paper lantern, painted with delicate images of fireflies at night. Someone passes her by, exclaiming "We're all going to vanish! Isn't it wonderful?" before being swept away in the tide of revelry. And so it goes, even as the mists flow through the spires above, scattering them into motes of light and whipping through the crowded streets, the music fading and partygoers heedlessly beginning to vanish.
(7:57:08 AM) [yogurtrunsfreenow]: (wriglenigtsparow) Having enjoyed herself, she decides that dying once in a while isn't so bad. She stows the things she has gathered in her robes, then, putting her Arachne Weaver talents to work, begins collecting the mists, the last breaths of the party-goers, all of it. The combined effects become a thin, ethereal thread, which she weaves into a grand, intricate, exquisite, beautiful tapestry, one that will slowly, slowly, slowly unwind over time. She converts the entire disappearing town into art, last of all weaving herself into the mix.
(8:01:28 AM) Caelzeph: Things don't go entirely to plan. The entire grand tapestry ravels further, wrapping around the paper lantern, the art changing its surface to one of the fading and joyous tableau she first saw and watched vanish.

I think this is doing something other than what you want, but I'm not positive. Is it supposed to:
(a) Be a hard-to-block self-rez like a better phoenix cloak?
(b) Something that makes a corpse scan as having been resurrected once before despite staying dead?
(c) Be something that blocks people from rezzing you by telling them that you've already been resurrected even though you haven't?
(d) Something else?
