Prime is becoming a base subtype to replace Abstract. The Roulette Master's showing has put them back on the cosmic stage. Abstract is going to stay the most common nonbase subtype.
Reptile is becoming a base subtype to replace Dragon. Drakes and other such things can start appearing with the Reptile subtype and Dragons remain powerful.
I don't think we really need to replace Outsider. It has always been kinda weird.

Anyone with the basic ability for one of those classes gets:

Grace and Emanation are appearing as T2 nonbase subtypes. They're planar beings associated with Good.
Anyone with a tier ability for that class gets the equivalents to their tier-abilities from both Exarch of Virtue (the Grace class) and Sage of Sefirot (the Emanation class), plus 2 bonus weeks for each of those classes per non-tier ability possessed in the Angel class.
These changes make all Base subtypes and elements T1.

It keeps being weird having them above Law and Chaos.
Anyone with the basic ability in one of those (or the element on their character) gets:

Fiendish Evil is its mirror.
That lets people who invested in those / chose them recently keep the plot power, while opening up the elements for actual use. It seemed like before, almost the only things with Good were Holy Ones and Evil were Fiends - probably because they were so tightly connected before.

Hax and Triumph are becoming T4 nonbase. Their power has always been kinda out of line with the T3s and has been obscuring exactly what T3s can/can't do too much.

All of the Ethryl and Nathryl below Level 1,000 are having their subtype changed to Descendent Process.
All T6 nonbase entity subtypes are becoming T5 nonbase entity subypes.
All T7 nonbase entity subtypes are becoming T6 nonbase entity subtypes.
Ethryl and Nathryl are becoming T7 nonbase entity subtypes.
Immanence is becoming a T7 nonbase entity subtype. Anything 1,000 or above that was a Pillar is becoming that.
Terminal is becoming a T7 nonbase entity subtype. Anything 1,000 or above that was an Endbringer is becoming that.
That splits the divide between Higher and Lower Reality's subtypes. Everything is Higher Reality is T7 or greater.
T7 is the higher-reality equivalent to T1. T8 to T2. T9 to T3. T10 to T4 through T6 (in that it's all the special boss subtypes). T11 and T12 are special and above 10,000 (and thereby above Higher Reality).
We no longer have to deal with higher reality stuff slumming it in Lower Reality and throwing a funky Tier in there between the highest non-plot-boss stuff and the plot bosses.
This also lets T1-4 be usable for all subtypes (not just entities), T5-6 be boss-related, and T7+ being above the standard scope of play.

Planar beings associated with Good. Graces are themed around virtues (both classical ones and new/abstandard ones). They're more relatable than Emanations, albeit somewhat monofocused. Kind of like in between an Angel and a Conceptual.

If a PC side wins a battle, each non-replicated, non-Temporary, non-Mercenary PC on it receives the rewards for the match, which generally include a mix of Gold, experience, and items, but vary based on drop chances and the specific match or quest in question. If those PCs in it have any items, pets, or summons that can be Leveled up, their controlling player should post whether the PC, one of its items, or one of its pets/summons is claiming the XP. One of the mods will update the respective PC's stat sheet with the winnings. Once the battle is over, the PCs in it are no longer considered to be in battle and are free to either begin a new battle or go do something else with their slot.

Rules change:

People can, as before, avoid this potential circumstance by just not bringing the same thing to both.
