Curiously, it looks like his summoning effect only triggers once? Or maybe whenever he likes? It's difficult to say.
Not that any of his customers can overcome Volatilis' DIRECT AUDIT CONTROL. Also, the Discs kill him.


The MacArwalt Brothers: Deadly Band of Thieves

These guys used to be the absolute terror of the Boss List because of how stealing works (and apparently stolen stuff just vanished permanently?). They're compelely incapable of doing anything to the team, and just for some ironic payback Volatilis directs them to steal from themsleves instead of the party before the Discs off them.
The summoned Thieves die shortly after to a Magical Attack nuking.
