Roy Selim, Agent of Apocalypse

Roy enters the Nexus Tavern in search of some sage wisdom and a pointer in the right direction. In a show of decorum, he's left his blood inside his vody and his skin settled neatly where it should be.
He's interested in getting a tip from one of the bartenders about helping him narrow down his next travel destination. There's a number of parameters it has to meet.
Whoever he ends up meeting/asking (besides Berlarry), he's asking for a tip in finding a world connected to Nexus with the following parameters:
1. A world with a population of AT LEAST Two Trillion.
2. A world with at least one individual that is level 75 by Nexian Reckoning who might oppose him, but not higher than 79.
3. A world with a horse-racing culture such that would broadcast a race to at least thirty-million people.
He also, rather sheepishly, asks if there's a way he can make a donation to the Union of Horses such that he might earn his way back into their good graces.
