Setting Info

I'm going to redo the setting info introduction to be more PC-relevant. The old one can be treated as an archived quest thread since a lot of the info in it is outdated or (while still correct) overly-focused on the meta-setting beyond what PCs tend to ever interact with (making it a poor introduction to the setting for new players).
