The Laughing Tome falls into the reality glich headfirst and is gone. It held up this quest massively. It held up loot-building massively. It held up thread-processing massively back when the old forum was up. It was starting to hold up thread processing and restoration of the site. If it had ever appeared in a combo, the combo would have been held up (and other combos might have gotten stuck too). If it ever appeared in a quest, that quest would be held up. In the best interest of stopping a source of otherwise ever-persistent stall, it won't be appearing as an owned item or getting approved stats at this time or any forseeable point in the future. Sorry about making you stat it up and then doing that, Cael, but I have come to the conclusion that it's just an endless wellspring of problems that needs to be excised root and stem.
